At the Threshold
of Transformation

I am a social systems scientist working with leaders, teams, and organizations performing at the edge of complexity.

Creator of the Coherence Method™

Most leadership development changes what a leader knows. This work changes what a leader can actually inhabit.

The capability of leaders is not the constraint. The coherence of the human system producing that capability is. That is what I work with.

I help individuals, leadership teams, and whole organizations develop the internal coherence required to navigate the kind of complexity that cannot be solved at the level it appears. My work integrates rigorous developmental psychology, neuroscience, and what older cultures have always known about how humans and systems actually change. The combination is the Coherence Method.

Capability is not the constraint. The human system producing it is. That is the problem I solve.

I work with leaders who already know that the standard playbook is no longer enough to meet what they are actually navigating.

What Is The Coherence Method™?

A 5-Month Leadership Architecture for High-Capacity Leaders, Teams, and Organizations Performing at the Edge of Complexity

The Coherence Method™ helps leaders regulate complexity without losing themselves in it.

Grounded in neuroscience, systems thinking, leadership psychology, and rites of passage, the method helps high-capacity humans restore coherence across the nervous system, identity, behavior, and leadership.

Because burnout, fragmentation, overperformance, and chronic urgency are rarely failures of capability. They are signs the human system itself has fallen out of coherence.

This work helps leaders return to clarity, resilience, presence, and aligned leadership in an age of accelerating complexity.

The Five Phases of The Coherence Method™

The five phases of the method are not arbitrary. They mirror a pattern recognized across developmental psychology, neuroscience, and rites of passage traditions.

No other leadership engagement ends with this level of infrastructure in place.

Trust. Synchrony. Cognitive load. Decision friction. Human coherence under pressure

Most organizations measure productivity. Very few measure coherence.

Through our partnership with Syneurgy, The Coherence Method™ brings real-time synchrony analytics into leadership and organizational transformation.

We measure the invisible dynamics driving trust, decision-making, alignment, communication, cognitive load, and execution under pressure.

Because in the age of AI, the greatest competitive advantage is no longer information.

It is coherent humans capable of thinking, adapting, and leading together under complexity.

About Carol

Two careers turned out to be the same career. I just did not know it yet.

I spent over two decades inside the largest organizations in the world, leading billion-dollar initiatives at Microsoft and beyond. I watched the gap widen between the speed of our technology and the capacity of the humans inside it.

So I left.

For fourteen years I studied how humans actually change. The neuroscience of human potential. The architecture of culture and how groups form shared reality. The emergence of artificial intelligence and what it is doing to our attention and agency. And the older traditions of human transformation that have been transmitting durable change for generations.

I came back with a way of working that integrates all of it.

PhD in transformative social change

Three Master’s Degrees in organizational behavior, sustainable leadership, and technology

Two decades of enterprise transformation experience

Fourteen years of deep fieldwork in human and cultural change

A Conversation is the Starting Point

Every engagement begins with a real conversation. Not a sales call. A direct exchange about what you are navigating, what you are sensing, and whether this is the right work for the moment you are actually in.

Only a few spots remain, will you claim yours?
